Job Purpose

Supports the Proposal team by collecting, organizing, analyzing and managing all documentation needed for a proposal

Job Description

• Serves as single point of contact for assigned proposal correspondences, collects and organizes all related documents following the procedures and instructions • Creates all tender administration documents such as organization charts, responsibility matrix, tender schedule, etc. • Responsible for compiling tender documents and preparing the tender packages • Ensures the correct authorization and signature workflow is respected • Ensures proper electronic archive of all proposals directly handled maintaining the Proposal database • Gathers all relevant data and provides support to all Proposal team, preparing basic analysis and reports

You are meant for this job if:

• High school diploma/ Technical diploma

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field. Experience as a document controller preferred

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment Request with local and foreign suppliers.
• Consider the use of inventories or possible substitutions to reduce inventories in quotes, offers and/or tenders.
• Cost estimation, review of tenders and operational costs.
• Management of manufacturing planning and/or resource planning MRP system.
• Evaluation of bidding documents.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and API Q1, API 6A Wellhead, API 17D Subsea standards.
