Job Purpose

Implement and maintain HSE management systems in operational contexts, aligned with Company HSE guidelines and international standards.

Oversee all HSE-related matters within the assigned area.

Job Description

  • Develop and ensure the implementation of the HSE Management System in compliance with international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others).
  • Guarantee that all site activities conducted by TFMC adhere strictly to TechnipFMC HSE Standards.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with HSE plans and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain HSE monitoring and audit programs.
  • Promote environmental protection and safety awareness across the workforce through regular meetings with supervisors, employees, and subcontractors.
  • Provide expert HSE support and advice to project and site management teams.
  • Act as the primary interface with clients and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
  • Ensure the protection of environmentally sensitive areas during operations.
  • Develop and implement environmental monitoring and auditing programs for all operational phases.
  • Conduct occupational safety risk assessments and participate in incident/accident investigations.
  • Lead by example and foster the development of the HSE team.
  • Ensure effective implementation of project HSE training and induction programs at site level.
  • Organize and promote periodic site HSE reviews.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HSE Engineering or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Experience with learning management systems and HSE training programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • English proficiency is a strong advantage.
