Job Purpose

 As a Quotations Intern, you will support the sales and procurement teams by assisting in the preparation, review, and submission of quotations and tender documents. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Quotations Intern, you will support the sales and procurement teams by assisting in the preparation, review, and submission of quotations and tender documents. Job Description

  • Review tender documents to understand client requirements and compliance criteria.
  • Analyze quotations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Gather necessary data and information for preparing quotations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect technical and financial details.
  • Assist in drafting and preparing quotations and tender proposals.
  • Ensure all documents are formatted correctly and meet client specifications.
  • Ensure all tender and quotation submissions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Assist in quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of submitted documents.
