Job Purpose

• Leads the work of Workshop Technicians in multiple work centers located at a single shop facility to ensure that production and performance commitments are fulfilled.

Job Description

• Responsible for production performance of multiple work centers to ensure adherence to published schedules and delivery requirements • Determines manufacturing priorities • Resolves technician issues and conflicts and acts as a catalyst to provide technicians with everything needed to complete work • Interprets specifications and makes judgments about the acceptability of production that is in process • Coordinates the intervention of support services (maintenance, quality, methods, etc.) within the Production unit • Implements departmental safety programs to ensure safety of employees working in the area • Ensures process documentation and employees complying with approved procedures, processes and standards

You are meant for this job if:

• High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma • 8 years of experience in field • Proficiency to read, interpret and evaluate accuracy of drawings and technical documentation in assembly • Knowledge/ use of integrated systems and more tools, complex equipment and techniques
