Job Purpose

Ensures that the necessary Quality Management System processes are established and implemented on site in accordance with Group standards (GSOP) and standards certifications (ISO).

Job Description

  • Ensures the quality management system conforms to the requirements of API Q1 & API Q2 specifications.
  • Ensures that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained.
  • Reports to management (Country and Regional) on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
  • Ensures initiation of action(s) to address nonconformities; and promotes awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
  • Supervise subsea PSM activities described in the program in accordance with client's procedures and guidance.
  • Drives incident free and positive HSEQ culture within all TechnipFMC worksites.
  • Carries out process failure/root cause investigations in Engineering, operations, and Quality
  • Enforcing strict adherence of Project Quality Plans, ITPs, initiates corrective actions and ensures effective close out, technical document write ups.
  • Manages  all fabrication yard operational activities, project quality doc reviews.
  • Promotes Quality Culture. Responsible for quality processes management and implementation according to standards and regulations
  • Helps in defining sites/ projects objectives and metrics (KPI), ensures reporting is in place, analyzes performance, proposes corrective or improvement actions and reports.

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in Quality)

• 5 to 10 years of experience within a formal Management System

• ISO Auditor certification

• Working knowledge of welding and nondestructive evaluation (NDE), if applicable

• Fluent in English

    • Knowledge of Quality Laws, Codes and Standards
    • Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage own time and establish priorities.
    • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental goals.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work with a multicultural team, with Clients & Subcontractors
