Job Purpose

The Flowline Engineer provides sustaining engineering support for TechnipFMC's Flowline product portfolio used in pressure pumping and well servicing applications. This role supports manufacturing, sales, service, and field operations while driving product reliability, quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has experience with flow iron equipment and hydraulic fracturing applications.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support for Flowline products, including flow iron, valves, swivel joints, manifolds, fittings, and related equipment.
  • Support manufacturing by resolving production issues and implementing product improvements.
  • Investigate field failures and customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
  • Support sales with technical documentation, product recommendations, and customer inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
  • Support product testing, validation, and qualification activities.
  • Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and product management teams to improve product performance and reliability.
  • Participate in customer visits and field support activities as required.
  • Promote safety, quality, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

You are meant for this job if:

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5-10 years of engineering experience supporting pressure pumping, flowline, frac equipment, or related oilfield products.
  • Strong knowledge of flow iron products and pressure pumping applications.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, field operations, and customer technical support.
  • Experience with engineering drawings, BOMs, change management, and product lifecycle support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment and support field activities as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
