Job Purpose

Administer the daily tasks of the North America pcard program for multiple entities in a shared services environment.  Duties will be performed in timely manner by applying basic accounting knowledge, theories, practices, and accepted procedures as outlined by GAAP, the company’s SOX processes, and Financial Standards. 

Job Description

  • Initiates and processes journal entries in Accounting/ERP systems
  • Manage and maintain SAP user tables to ensure proper profile creation and correct cost objects are applied to non-US employees
  • Extract ChRIS data when requested by auditors
  • Research expense postings and create correcting entries for incorrectly submitted Out of Pocket (OOP) or personal expenses
  • Investigate and resolve issues between SAP and Concur data expense postings and vendor account creation issues
  • Liaison between TechnipFMC and Wells Fargo
  • Prepare and enter journal entries and accruals including intercompany items that could require customer/vendor account entries
  • Perform general ledger account reconciliations by researching and compiling data from multiple systems and making necessary GL adjustments
  • Other reporting and analysis as required to fully support the shared service entities and the company’s financial reporting requirements

You are meant for this job if:

  • Secondary school/high school diploma, preferably degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • 3-5 years Accounting experience preferred, shared services environment is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Extensive Concur knowledge strongly preferred
  • Cardholder Reporting Information System (ChRIS) knowledge strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a mid-level operating systems (e.g., Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP); prior experience a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with others both on-site and remotely including multiple time zones
  • Ability to meet multi deadlines and manage multiple priorities
