Job Purpose

Work under direct supervision and follow written/or verbal instructions to perform standard or routine tasks related to our manufacturing process.  Able to understand and learn, review specifications, as well as,  produce elastomeric products for fit, form and function. Able to learn and understand the preparation process, equipment and tooling for elastomeric production. Understand the of interpretation of our part report and bill of material.

Job Description

  • Use of measuring tools to inspect elastomeric components per specification.
  • Ability to learn, operate and prep elastomeric products to per specification.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment, blast booth, cure ovens and other applications necessary for preparation of elastomers materials.
  • Understand bonding agents and applications as required.
  • Change out tooling, verify setup and run first articles.
  • Effectively retrieve, understand and adhere to QAP documentation.
  • Ability to properly read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
  • Ability to identify simple deviation in material requirements to customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean work station.
  • Participate in on the job training to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the role.
  • Must be able to be certified on forklift.
