Job Description

  • Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships, serving as a trusted partner in their business operations.
  • Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track customer interactions, identify opportunities, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Actively identify and promote opportunities for additional sales and value-added services, aligning with TechnipFMC's sustainability and innovation goals.
  • Manage customer requests for quotations, lead times, order placements, and expediting while ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored quotations, leveraging automated tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with strategic account planning, collaborating with account managers and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with planning and manufacturing teams to align order backlog with customer needs and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and communicate any missed deliveries or delays, providing solutions to mitigate the impact on customers.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and eliminating non-value-added tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints through root cause analysis and corrective actions, utilizing tools like the Quality Notification System.
  • Process return material requests, credit requests, and pricing calculations for custom orders while adhering to margin guidelines.

  • Utilize digital platforms and data analytics to streamline workflows, monitor sales trends, and improve customer engagement.
  • Actively contribute to the adoption of digital tools for customer communication, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and enhanced customer support.
  • Represent customer issues and update leadership on key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support new product launches, ensuring customers are educated on features, benefits, and applications.

You are meant for this job if:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or supply chain.
  • Proven track record of customer-centric behavior and driving customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Preferred proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and promote emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Positive attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
