Job Purpose

Maintain the SLAs for IDS Incidents and Requests, by delivering high level of quality to TechnipFMC users and VIP’s following the IDS global processes.

 

  • Manage local stock room ensuring all IDS end user assets are recurrently updated in the IDS asset tool (ServiceNow).
  • Raising tickets for user issues, requests or replacing stock devices.
  • Deployment of assets to current and new hires.
  • Yearly PC refresh project deployment.
  • Assistance with special events as requested by users.
  • Executive assistance when required.
  • Meeting room support (Audio/Visual)
  • Any other duties as instructed by management.

Job Description

  • This position impacts TechnipFMC’s budget based on variable cost of equipment and effectively managing the local stock inventory of IDS end user assets.
  • Receives direction from the Regional Deskside Support Manager to perform job duties, analyse current process and recommend solutions for improvement, for specific area of responsibility. Uses independent judgement and must consistently demonstrate creativity and innovation to find solutions to multi-faceted and/or time sensitive, complex problems
  • Ticket monitoring and handling, ensuring the delivery of requests and incident support within the agreed SLA
  • Effectively managing of local stock, ensuring the accuracy of IDS assets in Symphony tool, also raising tickets to replace stock assets whenever it needs.
  • Acting like an IDS POC for guiding end users, IDS matters, addressing to other IDS teams if needed.
  • Deliver a professional, customer focused and high performing service in line with agreed service levels and Best Practices 
  • Acting as smart hands for Server, Storage, Backup Network equipment and IT end points
  • Aiding with office moves (moving and set-up of IT equipment)

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology related field or 2+ years of relevant work experience.

 

  • Experience with computer imaging technologies

 

  • Experience in Microsoft tools, especially Windows 11 and O365
  • Experience working in an operational environment and interaction with other IT areas
  • Experience working with an IT ticketing solution (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Experience of ITIL methodology or structured IT best practice framework, handling Incident, change and
