What You'll Do

  • As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll be the analytical force behind our supplier performance. Your mission: dig into issues, identify patterns, and lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) efforts with suppliers. Key responsibilities include:

    • Monitor and manage safety & quality  performance of assigned MPM suppliers using KPIs and metrics Identifying recurring issues to avoid repeat of non-conformances.
    • Drive supplier development through continuous improvement, data-driven insights, and proactive engagement.
    • Train and guide suppliers on TechnipFMC processes, ensure alignment on the requirements
    • Challenge and improve supplier and internal practices through collaboration..
    • Establishing preventive Actions

Travel Requirements

  • This role involves travel to supplier sites. A valid driving license and work permit for Norway are required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, especially Machining.
  • Familiarity with quality principles and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience with RCCA and non-conformance management.
