What You'll Do

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll be the analytical force behind our supplier performance. Your mission: dig into issues, identify patterns, and lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) efforts with suppliers. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and manage safety & quality performance of assigned MPM suppliers using KPIs and metrics Identifying recurring issues to avoid repeat of non-conformances.
- Drive supplier development through continuous improvement, data-driven insights, and proactive engagement.
- Train and guide suppliers on TechnipFMC processes, ensure alignment on the requirements
- Challenge and improve supplier and internal practices through collaboration..
- Establishing preventive Actions
Travel Requirements

This role involves travel to supplier sites. A valid driving license and work permit for Norway are required.

Preferred Qualifications
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, especially Machining.
- Familiarity with quality principles and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience with RCCA and non-conformance management.
