Job Purpose

Join TechnipFMC as a Senior Quality Engineer! Lead quality assurance and control for our high-performance multiphase flow meters, collaborating with global teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Job Description

  • Collaborates closely with the Projects, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams to implement preventive measures and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis as necessary.
  • Coordinates Quality Notifications (QN) within projects and assists project teams in developing Root Cause Analyses (RCA). Oversees the QN system related to projects, ensuring that all QNs are directed to the appropriate personnel, corrective actions are effectively established, and relevant improvements are implemented.
  • Ensures that project-specific quality documents (e.g., Inspection and Test Plans) are issued and delivered according to the project schedule.
  • Executes, maintains, and follows up on project-specific risk assessments to meet project objectives and align with TechnipFMC’s overall goals.
  • Participates in both external and internal project meetings to ensure compliance with quality requirements, both project-specific and those outlined in TechnipFMC’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Follows up new product development and qualification.
  • Supports departmental activities.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Extensive experience in quality management within the oil and gas industry, as well as other sectors.
  • Proficient in product development and quality-related qualification tasks.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and traceability management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Solid technical understanding of drawings.
  • Skilled in supporting technical issues, conducting risk assessments, and performing root cause analysis.
  • Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and possesses at least five years of experience in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates dedication as a team player and takes pride in their work.
