Job Purpose

• Responsible for implementing and administering complex project and company policies and procedures in order to successfully achieve project and business objectives

Job Description

  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers post-sale, coordinating with various functional areas
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and other project-related suppliers
  • Lead the planning of project strategies, including contracting, risk management, project controls, and execution
  • Coordinate with the Senior Manager to establish and monitor project schedules, ensuring compliance with objectives and processes
  • Communicate project status and progress to the Project Team and customers

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 8 to 10 years of experience - experience may outweigh educational requirements

• Customer service focused; with commitment and a sense of urgency, to ensure customer success
