Job Purpose

The Service Coordinator is responsible for handling all planning and coordination for a given project(s) with a goal to deliver a quality service on time to achieve customer success.

Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring that all assigned work tasks are performed in accordance with TechnipFMC policies and HSEQ requirements.
  • Responsible for the overall planning and follow up orders to ensure on time delivery, and act as the internal and external point of contact for such activities in project
  • Responsible to populate and maintain the operational checklist according to customer load out date. This includes create, maintain and release of services orders and purchase requests.
  • Define maintenance activities before and after operations in accordance with customer requirements
  • Perform and evaluate availability, status and location for equipment and spare parts. Secure assigned serial numbers for operations.
  • Request customer provided items and rental equipment (ETM) in accordance with customer contract and workorders. Clarify loan where required across the licenses
  • Ensure that workshop is informed of upcoming services, changes in basic start / finish according to customer requirements
  • Ensure that warehouse is informed of upcoming mobilisations and demobilisations to secure on time delivery according to customer requirements
  • Responsible for material flow, material traceability, material movement of all equipment, spares and consumables within the responsibility of the project team (Register data in SAP and customer logistics systems where applicable)
  • Ensure SAP accuracy, prepare inventory lists and perform reporting on offshore locations
  • Upload of required planning documents to 365 for offshore operations
  • Actively promote and work in accordance with TechnipFMC’s core values
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives, innovation and knowledge sharing and support Service Project Manager and Line Manager as requested

You are meant for this job if:

  • Further education in Planning and/or Logistics is desirable (Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience from logistics or planning, preferable from oil related industry

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, other department personnel and customers.
  • Good Norwegian language skills, written as well as verbal.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
  • Structured and pragmatic approach to planning and problem solving.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Capable to develop, improve and implement processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to apply logic and structure when planning and executing work tasks.
  • Ability to apply problem solving techniques to overcome challenges.

 REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Oil & Gas business
  • Good knowledge of and experience using SAP.
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Surface Wellhead equipment, tooling and accessories.
  • Knowledge of industry codes, specifically API, ISO and NORSOK.
