Job Description

  • Manage Schedules: Create, maintain, and report on project, R&D, stocking, and engineering schedules. 
  • Support Production: Assist with production schedules and tender schedules. 
  • Material & Resource Planning: Track and report on material, resources, and delivery metrics. 
  • Process Improvement: Lead and assist in process improvement initiatives within the planning department. 
  • Authority: Act on behalf of the Project Manager and Planning Manager in all areas of project planning. 
  • Reporting: Prepare internal and external planning-related reports. 
  • Schedule Updates: Regularly update schedules based on input from various departments. 
  • Variation Orders: Review and implement accepted Variation Orders. 
  • Monthly Reporting: Support the Project Manager in monthly reporting. 
  • Baseline Revisions: Execute baseline revisions and mitigative actions. 
  • Team Direction: Guide teams on proper execution of sales orders, engineering, procurement, and production activities. 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Educational Background: You have a BSc with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in planning, production, or supply chain. 
  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in Primavera, SAP, and MS Office applications. 
  • Analytical Skills: You have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Attention to Detail: You work with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Communication Skills: You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian. 
  • Team Player: You can work independently and contribute to a positive team environment. 
  • Proactive Attitude: You proactively gather inputs needed for schedule establishment and maintenance. 
  • Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field and using Primavera software. 
  • Service-Minded: You are service-minded with good communication skills. 
  • Multitasking: You can work systematically and independently in a busy environment while handling multiple projects.
