Aftermarket Manager

Job Purpose
We are looking for someone with the drive to take our aftermarket department to the next level, with a strong sens of ownership and commitment to the Surface Norway strategy.
Together with the Surface Norway leadership team, this role will ensure successful day to day running of the aftermarket business whilst also having focus on future strategy.
The Aftermarket manager will be responsible for managing the Aftermarket function within Surface Norway, including budget and personnel responsibility. The Aftermarket department is responsible for all maintenance, modification and repair scope for our drilling and completion equipment, instrumentation scope on refurbished XMT, and inspection and recertification scope of coflexip hoses and pressure control equipment.
Job Description
- Manage the Aftermarket activities, achieving operational and financial goals, while seeking continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
- Develop action plans to address business objectives within area of responsibility
- Perform monthly financial KPI review per Cost Center and budget, set actions accordingly to achieve targets
- Manage and support implementation of new business opportunities within scope
- Responsible for developing staff and recognizing high-potential employees.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance in regards of HSE and Quality in Aftermarket execution.
- Operate within the remit of the DoA and defined budgets
- Manage operational expenses and investments within scope of responsibility
- Manage all HSE matters related to the Aftermarket activities within the scope of responsibility
- Engage with clients and suppliers as required to review operations and performance
- Work closely with other department owners to ensure simplification, standardization and industrialization of business processes and operations
- Understand and promote Surface Service Culture in line with Company's core values
You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business. MBA coursework or equivalent business experience preferred.
- Proven experience in related field, with broad exposure to operational execution.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse group of people to successfully complete team objectives.
- Must be detail oriented, have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have demonstrated Customer Service focused approach to business.
- Must be committed to TechnipFMC Core Values and lead by example.
Additional Skills
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office and ERP / MRP system required. SAP experience preferred.
- Knowledge of API (American Petroleum Institute) 6A, 6AR, Q2 and ISO (Industrial Standards Organization) 9001/2015 specifications.
- Must be able to derive solutions from available resources provided internally and/or externally, including policies and procedures with alignment to corporate HSE directives.
- Ability to anticipate via proper forecasting in terms of recourses, Tools/equipment and financials
