Job Purpose

Contract: Permanent
Location: Dunfermline or Sesto San Giovanni.

Role : Drive ethical and sustainable global supply chain solutions by engaging stakeholders, managing budgets, and aligning sourcing decisions with our organization’s values. You will execute comprehensive sub‑category strategies to achieve best‑in‑class results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost at a global level.

 

Job Description

  • Execute sub‑category strategies and deliver against Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets globally.
  • Identify and assess potential new suppliers; lead negotiations and establish or update supplier agreements.
  • Define capacity distribution and demand across products/sub‑categories to ensure supply continuity.
  • Coordinate demand between suppliers and support tactical sourcing through effective execution.
  • Support budget development and build the business case for sourcing strategies; report progress to stakeholders.

You are meant for this job if:

Essential

  • Business degree (or equivalent).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to write tenders and contracts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • High initiative and self‑motivation; strategic planning capability; data‑driven decision‑making; effective team player.

Preferred/Nice to Have

  • SAP experience.
  • Experience within the oil & gas industry. 
  • Procurement‑related education/certification (e.g., CIPS).
