Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing technical, strategic, and operational activities related to Spoolbase projects. Acts as an essential technical interface for implementing improvements in operational processes and facilities, reconciling corporate requirements, local operational needs, and external client demands. Additionally, supports the standardization and harmonization of technical and operational activities among operational units, ensuring effective project execution and promoting continuous improvements.

Job Description

  • Ensure efficiency in the technical and operational execution of projects, ensuring compliance with defined deadlines, costs, and quality;
  • Coordinate critical analyses of operational results and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Develop, implement, and improve strategic KPIs, ensuring analytical visibility to support managerial decision-making;
  • Support commercial and proposal teams in technical and commercial development for new contracts, reviewing and validating technical requirements;
  • Review production schedules, project management reports (PMR), and cost sensitivity analyses;
  • Coordinate and review bidding processes, ensuring alignment with corporate and operational strategies;
  • Promote and ensure the standardization and harmonization of operational and administrative procedures among operational units under VSO management;
  • Monitor budgets and financial forecasts related to the operation;
  • Actively contribute to risk management methodology, performing identification, analysis, prioritization, and monitoring of relevant operational risks.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Desirable: Production Engineering and/or Postgraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering
  • Active CREA
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced Power BI and Office

  • Solid knowledge of the offshore market;
  • Solid knowledge in Tender, quotation, accounting, planning, and cost study;
  • Solid knowledge in Productivity and production.
