Maintenance Engineer (Mid-Level) - Affirmative for PwD

Job Purpose

Ensure maintenance process performance by driving continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to maximize asset reliability.

Job Description

• Participate in the implementation of new functionalities, controls, and processes in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to improve maintenance process efficiency;
• Participate in the review of maintenance plans and updates to the maintenance management system;
• Support the review of maintenance procedures related to the quality management system;
• Participate in or perform critical analyses and develop reports and control statistics to assess asset performance and the maintenance process;
• Continuously analyze the accuracy and adherence of the preventive maintenance plan and propose operational actions to maximize execution performance;
• Participate in the planning of major maintenance shutdowns and lead their execution.

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
• Active registration with CREA;
• Knowledge of Lean methodology;
