Job Purpose
Support the execution of subsea installation operations, coordinating with various interfaces such as the EPCI project team, onboard teams, clients, etc., ensuring the safety and efficiency of activities.

- Prepare and update dashboards.
- Prepare internal Daily Work Reports (RDOs) and control/review RDOs and Minutes of Meetings (MOM) between suppliers.
- Support the monitoring of field activities.
- Format and control technical and operational documents.
- Prepare and format documentation (Procedures, Supplier DRFs, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Prepare material and service requisitions, and analyze supplier proposals.
- Monitor administrative processes and daily routines.
- Availability to travel when required.
You are meant for this job if:
- Degree in Engineering with an active CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy) registration.
- Experience in EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects, and in the fabrication and testing of subsea equipment such as Rigid Jumpers, will be considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools and Power BI.
- Advanced English.
