JR EPCI OPERATIONS ENGINEER- AFFIRMATIVE VACANCY FOR WOMEN

Job Purpose

Support the execution of subsea installation operations, coordinating with various interfaces such as the EPCI project team, onboard teams, clients, etc., ensuring the safety and efficiency of activities.

• Prepare and update dashboards.
• Prepare internal Daily Work Reports (RDOs) and control/review RDOs and Minutes of Meetings (MOM) between suppliers.
• Support the monitoring of field activities.
• Format and control technical and operational documents.
• Prepare and format documentation (Procedures, Supplier DRFs, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Prepare material and service requisitions, and analyze supplier proposals.
• Monitor administrative processes and daily routines.
• Availability to travel when required.

You are meant for this job if:

• Degree in Engineering with an active CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy) registration.
• Experience in EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects, and in the fabrication and testing of subsea equipment such as Rigid Jumpers, will be considered a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools and Power BI.
• Advanced English.
• Work location: Porto do Açu- Campos dos Goytacazes-RJ
