EPCI OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Job Purpose
Ensure that subsea installation and construction operations, working within the Marine Operations Team (MOT) on proposals and/or projects, are in accordance with the established planning, ensuring the availability of equipment and resources to meet the demand for mobilization, subsea installation and construction, and vessel demobilization, always in compliance with QHSES, Ethics & Compliance concepts, and adhering to planning and cost control.
Support the focal points of remote intervention in projects.
Job Description
- Coordinate internal interfaces (Açu Operations Base) and external interfaces (EPCI Projects) based on QHSES, Ethics & Compliance concepts, and cost control.
- Ensure that TechnipFMC's interests are safeguarded in terms of proposals (technical, commercial, and contractual).
- Ensure that industry standards and internal guidelines are being followed.
- Establish good communication and work as a facilitator between departments, such as VSO-AOB (Execution Streams and internal and external support teams), VSO (Execution Streams and Support Functions), PMT (Packages, Operations teams, QHSES, Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain) with the aim of promoting clear and objective actions.
- Monitor the budget and cost control of ongoing proposals and projects.
- Coordinate interfaces with other areas of the company to ensure the project schedule is met.
- Availability for travel
You are meant for this job if:
- Experience with interfacing with external and internal clients; EPCI Projects; MS Project; Quality, HSE, Operations, Physical and Financial Controls
- Degree in Civil, Metallurgical, Production, Mechanical Engineering
- Project management certification is desirable
- Experience with Office Suite and MS Project.
- Experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks, SAP, and BI is desirable.
- Advanced English.
