Job Purpose

Lead the development and execution of complex mechanical engineering projects by applying advanced engineering methodologies and tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and Ansys, with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Be responsible for designing and optimizing industrial machinery and equipment, performing structural analyses and high-complexity calculations. Promote continuous improvement through Lean principles, ensure strict compliance with technical standards, and maintain excellence in project documentation. Foster effective communication with internal clients and contribute actively to a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Job Description

  • Conduct mechanical field measurements on various factory machines.
  • Design machinery and equipment using AutoCAD and Inventor.
  • Produce detailed drawings and assembly layouts.
  • Perform finite element analysis using Ansys and execute complex engineering calculations.
  • Apply Lean methodology in daily activities.
  • Interface technically with internal clients.
  • Analyze and implement improvements and optimizations in equipment and machinery projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation and organization of project files.
  • Location: Açu

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Ansys (mandatory); SolidWorks (desirable).
  • Experience in executing mechanical projects and conducting field measurements.
  • Expertise in finite element analysis and complex mechanical calculations.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical materials, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Fluent verbal communication in English
