Job Purpose

Perform activities related to the receipt, inspection, control, storage, handling, and availability of materials, equipment, and components, ensuring technical compliance and inventory traceability. Also perform pre-loading and loading activities involving materials, equipment, and flexible pipes.

Job Description

  • Receive, verify, and inspect materials, equipment, and components, issuing inspection and non-conformance reports when applicable;
  • Verify compliance with purchase orders, invoices, and technical specifications;
  • Control material receipts and withdrawals within ERP systems;
  • Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records;
  • Perform preservation activities for materials and equipment in storage;
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts;
  • Open packaging (material and equipment boxes) and verify received materials as well as items to be loaded;
  • Perform pre-loading verification based on material lists, ensuring physical items match documentation requirements;
  • Load materials and equipment onto vessels and trucks according to material lists and issue activity reports;
  • Perform general cargo handling operations during receiving, storage, and loading activities, using forklifts, cranes, and trucks;
  • Complete specific documentation related to operational controls and the Safety and Quality Management System.

You are meant for this job if:

Technical degree completed in: Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical, Industrial Automation, Logistics, Business Administration, or Information Technology;Training/Certification in Cargo Handling Operations.
