Job Purpose

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices on site, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and legal requirements.

  • Act proactively and educationally, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.

Job Description

  • Perform HSE activities in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards

  • Investigate incidents using the TOP SET technique

  • Support hazard identification and risk assessment

  • Participate in meetings with employees and contractors

  • Conduct trainings based on HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements

  • Input and monitor data in the Intelex system

  • Ensure personal and collective safety in the workplace

  • Support audits, inspections, and emergency drills

  • Develop training and awareness materials

  • Monitor contractors and support change management processes

  • Track and control HSE performance indicators

You are meant for this job if:

  • Mandatory technical education: Occupational Safety Technician course (accredited by the Ministry of Education)

  • Languages: Intermediate English (preferred)
