Job Purpose

  • Defines and leads service and support solutions for MPM products, and acts as a technical and technological referent, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes, schedules and man hours, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.
  • The role is based in TechnipFMC office in Brazil with local and international responsibility for service projects. The role owns full process and performance associated with the management and execution of service projects, utilization of service engineers, leads communication with customers both internally and externally, submit timely report to management to support in taking adequate decisions..

 

Job Description

  • Responsible for preparation of quotes for internal and external projects
  • Receive, review and approve PO's, requisitions. Interact in close liaison with internal Legal / Contract, HR, HSE/QA, Sales and Technical departments to ensure that all technical and operational issues / procedures, terms and conditions, any deviations are covered in the agreements.
  • Manage and coordinate service projects according to agreed scope, requirements and specifications
  • Ensure continuous and smooth communication with all stakeholders in the projects
  • Responsible for service projects resource allocation and adequate utilization of service personnel
  • Ensure safe working practices and that all field operations are in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s QHSE Management System, procedures and work instructions, Customer’s requirements and applicable local laws/legislations
  • Guarantees achievement or improvement of Profit &Loss forecasts
  • Ensures coordination of interfaces
  • Take necessary action to prevent undesired events from occurring and actively report same when happened
  • Keep direct manager fully informed on a regular basis of operations performance and update KPI's
  • Attend training courses as scheduled by Company or direct supervisor.
  • Actively promote and maintain the good name of the company
  • Location: Tech Center, Ilha do Fundão, RJ
