Job Purpose

  • The professional will work on the creation, updating, and maintenance of project schedules, especially during the tender and execution phases.

Job Description

  • Creation and structuring of schedules in Primavera from the tender phase;
  • Continuous updating and maintenance of schedules;
  • Critical path analysis and risk identification;
  • Report generation in PCs, including S-curve and audits;
  • Compliance with global coding requirements and procedures;
  • Training internal teams on the use and updating of the tool;
  • Project backups and recovery;
  • Location: Parque fabril – matriz – Rio de Janeiro.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Completed education in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Full proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of Power BI and project management tools;
  • Experience in critical path analysis and risk management;
  • Knowledge of PCs, S-curve, and audits;
  • Familiarity with global procedures and coding standards;
  • Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Project (a plus);
  • Understanding of project management principles, CPM methodology, and PMBOK best practices;
  • Advanced English.
