Missão do Cargo

  • Responsável pela gestão e controle das áreas de Produção (Usinagem, Clad, Revestimento e Tratamento Térmico), visando atingir os cumprimentos dos prazos de entrega das peças, dentro dos padrões de segurança, qualidade e custos estabelecidos pela empresa.

Descrição do Cargo

  • Responsável pela gestão e controle das áreas de Produção (Usinagem, Clad, Revestimento e Tratamento Térmico), visando atingir os cumprimentos dos prazos de entrega das peças, dentro dos padrões de segurança, qualidade e custos estabelecidos pela empresa, através do desenvolvimento do time; 
  • Atuará inicialmente no Segundo turno;
  • Local: Parque Fabril - Matriz. 

Requisitos

  • Ensino Técnico completo; 
  • Desejável conhecimento em: Ferramentas de qualidade, gestão de produção e gestão de pessoas;
  • Noções básicas de sistema de produção (LEAN  Manufacturing; Produção seriada/ Não Seriada, Etc.);
  • Conhecimento básico de SAP/R3 (PS/SD);
  • Noções de conhecimento de usinagem e Clad;
  • Desejável Inglês intermediário.
