Job Purpose

Responsible for executing planning and control activities in projects or proposals with a small or medium degree of complexity and values involved, and/or of medium strategic importance to the company

Job Description

The employee will support SPS projects in the creation of project schedules, according to the assumptions established in the Tender phase and in compliance with the requirements set by the company. Generate all project reports in P6 (critical path, S-curve, Float variations, etc.) according to company procedures; Perform analyses of project tracking reports in P6, create scenario studies, aiming to work on alternatives to propose solutions and mitigate identified risks. Conduct meetings with the project team, engineering, and material planning to ensure the integrity of project schedule information; Monitor all schedule activities; Make necessary adjustments in P6 as identified by the project team and material planning; Support the project and engineering team in creating reports, scenario analysis, risk assessment, proposing action plans among other activities; Participate and contribute to the company’s safety, environmental, and quality programs; Know and comply with the company’s Code of Ethics, Standards, and Procedures.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Completed higher education in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering
  • English - Intermediate/advanced
  • Primavera, SAP PP module; Office Suite Desirable knowledge in Power BI and Lean Manufacturing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry
  • Location - Eco Sapucaí
