Job Description

  • Act in the coordination and monitoring of Projects regarding Mobilization, Planning, Supplies, Logistics, Financial, Risks and Opportunities, Change Management and Communication in accordance with TechnipFMC procedures and guidelines;
  • Monitor the progress of project activities, according to planning, with the departments involved, suppliers and customers, working to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
  • Issue project reports and documents in accordance with available standards, methodologies and tools;
  • Work in the management and monitoring of activities linked to the areas of engineering, planning, manufacturing, supplies, assembly, quality, logistics, development (when applicable), ensuring that the tasks are carried out in accordance with the requirements, meeting the project schedule;
  • Financially monitor your projects (cost and revenue), validating committed costs and future forecasts updated monthly by the finance team;
  • Support the activities of monitoring financial events inherent to the execution of equipment that require some type of monitoring according to contractual requirements (when applicable).

You are meant for this job if:

  • Completed degree in Administration and Engineering (preferably); or areas related to the Project area (Economy, Foreign Trade, IT);
  • Experience in industry, working in project management, and/or experience in direct interface areas;
  • Advanced Office package;
  • Desirable knowledge of project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and ERP System (preferably SAP);
  • Advanced English.

Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of lean (Desirable);
  • Knowledge in negotiation (Desirable);
  • Skills in developing project execution plans (Desirable);
  • Mitigation plans and project mobilization plan (Desirable);
  • Ability to establish project reporting routines (Desirable).
