Job Description:

  • Responsible for planning project activities, production, and product lines within their full scope, interacting with interface areas to ensure the product is delivered within the defined deadline and according to the costs and quality established by the company.

  • Material control for projects;
  • Interface with various areas;
  • Monitoring product development engineering;
  • Monitoring acquisitions;
  • Management of material options.
  • Management of the project execution schedule in Primavera (P6);
  • Preparation of project reports;
  • Execute the demand loading checklist, load project demands into SAP;
  • Define the supply and manufacturing strategy for items, in accordance with established requirements;
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of the schedule (Primavera);
  • Perform analysis of follow-up reports, scenario studies, aiming to work on alternatives to support engineering for the release of the BOM (Bill of Material) of the equipment;
  • Execute project, material, and production planning (creation and release of RM, conversion and creation of orders for material options, visual management, etc.);
  • Support the project and engineering team in creating reports, scenario analysis, risk assessment, proposing action plans among other activities;
  • Location: Matriz - Pavuna.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or Engineering (preferably Production or Mechanical Engineering);
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Office package;
  • Desirable knowledge in: SAP, Primavera (P6), and Power BI;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Experience in material planning beyond maintenance;
  • Experience in planning activities in the industrial sector will be a differential;
  • Experience with project management.
