Job Purpose

Responsible for planning the material acquisition process, inventory control, creation of procedures and training related to the department, as well as participating in the implementation of improvements, aiming at process optimization and cost reduction.

Job Description

The employee will support SPS projects by defining the supply and manufacturing strategy for items, in accordance with the company’s established requirements. They will analyze follow-up reports on pending issues, study scenarios to work on alternatives, propose solutions, and mitigate identified risks. They will collaborate with engineering to release the BOM (Bill of Material) for equipment. They will register items released by engineering in SAP. They will execute Project, Material, and Production Planning (creation and release of RM, conversion and creation of orders for material options, visual management, opening production orders, etc.). They will support the project and engineering team in creating reports, analyzing scenarios, identifying risks, proposing action plans, among other activities. They will participate in planning, project, production, and engineering meetings. They will participate in and contribute to the company’s safety, environmental, and quality programs. They will know and comply with the company’s Code of Ethics, Standards, and Procedures.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Completed degree in Administration or Engineering, preferably in Production Engineering.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in material and project planning, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • SAP PP module; Primavera; Office Suite.
  • Desirable knowledge in Power BI and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Location - EcoSapucaí (Hybrid model)
