Job Description

  • Knowledge of documentation methodologies, Skills in information gathering and analysis,
  • Knowledge of document management systems,
  • Familiarity with standards and regulations,
  • Verify and ensure the use of templates and document formatting, in line with procedures established in projects/proposals and/or corporate guidelines.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Project Teams, suppliers/third parties to define standards, systems, and efficient documentation flow.
  • Produce internal and external reports (Clients and Suppliers). Write reports, correspondence, and minutes.
  • Support the Project/Proposal team in preparing the MDR and generate periodic updates. Monitor the progress of documentation in cooperation with the project/proposal planner.
  • Participate in the Project Kick-off Meeting, contributing to its preparation, in matters related to documentation.
  • Participate in meetings of the project/proposal management team, on matters related to the documentation area, discussing ways of issuing, receiving, and distributing documents, aiming at the interface necessary for the development of services.
