Job Description
- Creating, reviewing and approving routings (manufacturing process instructions) and/or CNC programs and manufacturing documentation, as well as providing equipment, tools, possible revisions and any other technical support to the design, business and manufacturing teams in a simultaneous engineering environment, which will enable the products manufactured in the unit to be profitable.
- Acting as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in the management of knowledge of the inherent processes and in the development of the less experienced employees of the Industrial Machining Engineering team.

You are meant for this job if:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering;
- Advanced English;
- MBA or Master's degree (desirable);
- SAP, Softwares CAD, CAM ;
- Vericult( Differential);
- Experience in reading hydraulic diagrams, interpreting and creating technical drawings;
- Extensive knowledge of analyzing and creating processes and CNC programs for machining complex parts, DBIs, drawings, programs, processes and metrology tools, designing tools and equipment for manufacturing processes;
- Knowledge of value stream mapping, RCA, theory of constraints, among other process and quality improvement tools;
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing.
