Job Purpose

Reference in the Process Improvements area, ensuring support for corporate applications, leading and guiding teams of interns and contractors, as well as conducting development, testing, and project execution activities. The role’s purpose is to translate business requirements into efficient technological solutions, ensuring alignment with group standards and procedures, while promoting innovation, automation, and continuous process improvement.

 

Job Description

  • Interview business and IDS partners to define requirements and analyze processes.

  • Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes, ensuring alignment between business and IT objectives.

  • Perform system analysis, incident triage, and application maintenance.

  • Conduct system configuration, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Participate in projects, ensuring deliverables are completed within time, cost, and quality standards.

  • Create test scripts and ensure solution quality.

  • Document systems and support manuals.

  • Lead and mentor interns and junior staff in tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, and Power BI.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.

  • Ensure compliance with governance models and SOX controls.

 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

  • Experience with Python and T-SQL for automation and data analysis.

  • Knowledge of application administration and financial principles.

  • Curiosity and initiative to explore AI, process automation, and digital transformation.

  • Advanced English proficiency.
