Job Description

  • Build strong network and relationships within the business, understand the needs and work to gather the requirements and assess the value of initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure the successful implementation of the most valuable investments, recognizing that not all initiatives may proceed.
  • Identify technology opportunities and the best-suited position for the technology adoption within the business organization.
  • Develop a knowledge of the business unit long-term goals and objectives and Build positive relationship development, create awareness within IDS of the business knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of IDS and BRM strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with enterprise architecture to Develop and maintain multi-year technology capability roadmaps to support the business plan and business capability development
  • Work closely with PMO to ensure a healthy and well-managed initiative portfolio.
  • Location      Rio de Janeiro - Brazil Tech Center

You are meant for this job if:

  • Experience wthin IT and Corporate environment
  • Experience of managing with various business stakeholders 
  • Developing Strategic Roadmaps 
  • Articlating business needs into a business case to capture, requirements, scope and business value
  • Conflict Management 
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
