Job Purpose

Manage projects with a focus on cost reduction through the implementation of digital automation, data integration, and real-time information. Responsible for ensuring the smooth progress of all project phases, managing internal and client interfaces to achieve goals, and guiding professionals allocated to the project team

Job Description

Network leadership to spearhead lean transformation in the vice presidency of subsea projects in Brazil, implementation of a lean transformation plan, and support to the directorates in facilitating kaizen sessions, organizing lean week, and some training with interface with quality and P&C. Support and improve the management system, assist in the implementation of goal and objective setting and cascading down to operational levels, lead transversal improvement projects, and create bridges with other areas of the organization with similar/complementary scope, It is desirable for the person to have performed similar roles within the company or externally. Teamwork profile and value stream vision, with a focus on collective results

Location: Eco Sapucaí - Rio de Janeiro

You are meant for this job if:

  • Education: Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or another technical area.
  • English and Portuguese: fluent
  • Solid experience in continuous improvement and problem-solving, lean transformation, goal setting and cascading in organizations, management systems.
  • Agile management and digital (managerial) background is desirable

  • Miro, basic Office, Jira (optional)
