Execute business oriented projects of a diverse variety of natures, ranging from technology products, processes or services development, to strategic and/or operational growth and consolidation

Job Description

Manage special and/or strategic projects aligned with the Technology Center site's and so TechnipFMC’s strategic direction, ensuring the successful execution of these projects.
Manage projects for the development of new products, processes or services technologies, or the improvement of existing products.
Lead strategic infra-structure habilitation and/or implementation projects to support de successful execution of HISEP® at the Technology Center.
Consolidate de strategic plan for the industrialization of systems integration tests (SITs) at the Technology Center and/or other TechnipFMC of Fabricators premise.
Development businesses plans for special projects and validation with key stakeholders within value stream before submission for approval.
Manage projects aimed at optimizing the costs of existing products, seeking efficiency and expense reduction.
Ensure that new assets and facilities incorporated to the Technology Center are properly qualified to meet quality and safety standards.
Champion and apply Lean methodology principles to improve processes and eliminate waste.
Follow new NPD process in new technology project developments, ensuring the completion and collection of needed deliverables across gates pass.
Champion Duty of Care principles every day across TechnipFMC community in all activities performed;

You are meant for this job if:

Degree in Engineering
Fluent English
Experience in project management and execution
Experience in project cost controls
Experience with Lean Product and Process Development fundamentals such as Obeyas dynamics, dealing with A3s, trad-offs etc.
Very good Communication and ability to connect, engage and lead by influence people who may be from different departments and backgrounds;
