EPCI OPERATIONS COORDINATOR- 3rd Party Vessel Lead

Job Description
- Interface with Classification Societies, together with Assets to ensure approval of vessel modifications, if necessary;
- Carrying out vessel inspections in support of the Marine Assurance and MWS team, with the aim of observing the vessel's ability to operate safely, certificates, up-to-date systems maintenance, observing the critical items in the FMEA;
- Supporting the EPCI Operations team in drawing up vessel specifications, purchases, contracts, checking vessel documents, carrying out audits and inspections (charter and 3rd party) in compliance with the requirements of the ISM Code, Class, Flag, Brazilian Navy and ANP (PSV, PLSV, AHT, MPSV, HLV, ferries, etc);
- Provide guidance, governance, standardization and compliance requirements for all vessels working on EPCI projects locally;
- Define vessel acceptance criteria and monitor KSFs to ensure the asset's ability to perform offshore work/readiness and avoid vessel breakdown on the project critical path and maximize vessel uptime.

You are meant for this job if:
- Degree in Naval or Mechanical Engineering.
- Active CREA registration required.
- Post-graduate degree in Naval Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or similar.
- Fluent English
- Previous experience with support vessel logistics, mobilization of offshore vessels, leadership in field activities
- Experience and extensive knowledge of Class Rules, ISM Code, International/Local Maritime Regulations and ANP Technical Regulations.
- Certification as ISM, ISO, Lead Auditor
