Job Purpose

  • Responsible for executing planning and control activities in projects or proposals with a low to medium level of complexity and financial values, and/or of moderate strategic importance to the company.

Job Description

  • Provide support to SPS projects in the development of schedules, ensuring alignment with the premises defined during the Tender phase and compliance with company requirements;
  • Prepare project reports in Primavera P6 (critical path, S-curve, Float variations, etc.) in accordance with internal procedures;
  • Analyze project performance through P6 reports, develop scenario studies, and propose solutions to mitigate identified risks;
  • Conduct meetings with project, engineering, and material planning teams to ensure the integrity of schedule information;
  • Monitor all schedule activities, ensuring indicators remain within the metrics established by the planning discipline;
  • Implement necessary adjustments in P6 based on requests from the project and material planning teams;
  • Support teams in creating reports, analyzing scenarios, identifying risks, and defining action plans;
    Participate and contribute to the company’s safety, environmental, and quality programs;
  • Location: Eco sapucaí- Rio de Janeiro. 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering;
  • Experience in project planning within the oil and gas industry;
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP (PP and MM modules), and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Desirable knowledge of Power BI and Lean Manufacturing;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • CREA registration (mandatory).
