Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and delivering innovative HSES programs and initiatives, aligned with the company’s vision of creating an incident-free workplace.

Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of safety programs, aligned with HSES strategy and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them as needed to the Senior HSES Program Manager and other stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and communicate with HSES Business Partners, HSES Consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and integration of programs across business units and regions.

  • Facilitate and support training, coaching, and mentoring of HSES leaders and frontline workers in safety programs, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and tools to implement and sustain the programs.

  • Monitor and measure program performance and impact using appropriate metrics and indicators, and report progress and results to the Senior HSES Program Manager and other stakeholders.

  • Identify and implement best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities for programs, ensuring alignment with HSES standards and expectations.

  • Contribute to the development and strengthening of HSES culture, values, and behaviors throughout the organization, in collaboration with HSES Business Partners, HSES Consultants, and other stakeholders.

 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Completed academic degree in Engineering

  • Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering

  • Experience in managing and delivering leadership, HSES, and engagement programs

  • Advanced/Fluent English
