Job Purpose

At the Digital department, we aim to accelerate TechnipFMC’s digital transformation by providing hybrid solutions that combine our traditional offering with digital. We do this by infusing design thinking, agile methodologies, and lean principles into our delivery. Through balanced teams, comprised of Product Managers, UX Designers, Software Developers, and Data Scientists, we unwrap complexity, target real user needs, and deliver scalable services.

Job Description

  • Work closely with developers, data analysts, and other product team members to ensure technical feasibility and effectiveness.
  • Conduct design reviews, handover for implementation, and supervise the quality and compliance with UX standards.
  • Align business viability and user desirability with product owners and managers.
  • Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their perspectives and priorities.
  • Talk to end-users, customers, and partners when applicable.
  • Present solutions and considerations to departmental management and executive leadership when necessary.

 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Relevant degree User Experience, Interaction Design, Psychology, or equivalent experience as a UX designer.
  • Practical knowledge and deep understanding of design methodologies: Design Thinking, Lean UX, User Centric Design; being up to date with current trends and best practices
  • English Fluent
