Job Purpose

Oversee and execute Compensation and Benefits tasks by maintaining, reviewing, and implementing policies, procedures, and practices within the department. Additionally, participate in HR cost control activities and assist in managing the company’s personnel budget (headcount).

Job Description

•  Assess the alignment of internal roles with those in the local market and the company’s global job catalog.
•  Review salary adjustments and structural changes related to personnel movements and recruitment, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
•  Monitor and analyze compensation metrics to assess the organization’s performance.
•  Develop key performance indicators to aid decision-making within the department and support HR Business Partners (HRBP).
•  Conduct cost analysis and evaluate competitive trends in compensation and benefits programs.
•  Provide support to managers and HRBPs in salary analysis and the application of compensation policies.
•  Participate in salary surveys, structuring data on compensation and benefits in response to requests from specialized consultants.
•  Recommend adjustments and updates to salary structures based on market research and the company’s strategic direction.

 

Location: Rio de Janeiro / RJ

You are meant for this job if:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields in Human Resources.
•  Extensive experience in compensation analysis and programs.
•  Experience in salary survey participation and salary structure development.
•  Strong background in job evaluation and role analysis.
•  Advanced analytical and mathematical/statistical skills, with the ability to conduct independent, in-depth analysis and present findings clearly.
•  Proficiency in Excel; Power BI (preferred); expertise in AI tools is a plus.
•  Advanced English required; Spanish is a desirable asset.
