Job Purpose

Responsible for operational support for onshore and offshore fronts, developing and applying technically grounded solutions to resolve operational and/or procedural problems, thus continuously evolving processes in pursuit of excellence in Safety, Quality, and performance within the budgeted expenses for the fleet operating in Brazil.

Job Description

Location: Edifício Eco Sapucaí - Rio de Janeiro

  • Place of work: Hybrid 

 

  • Support the development of offshore teams in implementing excellence and continuous improvement programs in operational fronts, such as damage prevention, standardization, industrialization, among others;
  • Prepare, review, and issue operational documents such as: standard procedures (SP), work instructions (WI), preliminary risk analysis (PRA), operational checklists, animations, and technical drawings to standardize or support operations on PLSVs;
  • Coordinate transversal activities between PLSVs and/or departments involving improvements or changes in operational documents;
  • Assess the technical feasibility of executing unconventional or unprecedented operations to be carried out by PLSVs. Example: loading CAS lines, loading at Bardela pier (BANIT), launching CAS lines, stern recovery, among others;
  • Support the development of accident/incident investigations, ensuring that the generated action plan effectively addresses the root causes found;
  • Interface with the design team to assign animation and drawing demands related to projects;
  • Provide support to the Crew/Construction team and the Training Center, when necessary.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Active CREA
  • Advanced English
  • Solid knowledge in PLSV operations (preparation of executive or EPCI operation procedures)
  • Solid knowledge in applying lean methodology
  • Solid knowledge in process structuring and experience in leading project delivery
