Job Purpose

Responsible for planning and monitoring activities and projects to meet the needs of internal clients, ensuring the implementation of operational and safety improvements for the company's assets, in accordance with the conditions agreed upon with the requesting departments, within the approved deadlines and costs.

Job Description

  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
  • Develop execution plans, communication plans, and project monitoring reports.
  • Monitor activities at the project execution site, including boarding, loading stops, maintenance stops, and docking, as needed and directed by the Project Manager.
  • Develop and monitor the project schedule agreed with clients to ensure the successful execution of activities and project success.
  • Comply with safety, disciplinary, or other regulations established by the company, following internal regulations and the immediate manager's guidelines, aiming to enforce current regulations and set an example for other employees.
  • Interface with various areas and disciplines involved in a project or activity, with the support of the project team.
  • Identify risks during planning and execution of activities and report them to the Project Manager.
  • Assign responsibilities and guide the project team, especially during the execution and supervision of activities carried out by third parties during maintenance stops of our assets.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Active CREA.
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and VBA.
  • Knowledge of schedule management.
  • Solid knowledge of project management.
