Job Purpose

We are seeking a professional to join our unit at Eco Sapucaí (Downtown Rio de Janeiro).

This is an onshore position, supporting the VSO Planning team (Vessels and Spool Bases).

Job Description

The professional will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes and workflows within a specific Planning scope. They will lead projects independently, applying technical improvements and delivering detailed solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage schedules for iEPCI fleet vessel operations during Tender and Project Execution phases.
  • Manage the corporate asset schedule for the Americas region.
  • Define standards and guidelines for offshore operations planning and apply them to VSO schedules.
  • Interface with VSO, Commercial, Project, and other teams.
  • Lead strategic alignment meetings with VSO, Commercial, and TechnipFMC Project teams.
  • Analyze vessel data and performance using VSO planning metrics.
  • Act strategically in asset allocation, developing operational scenarios for VSO assets.
  • Contribute to the preparation of S&OP and strategic planning presentations.
  • Coordinate across multiple interfaces in all global regions.

You are meant for this job if:

  • A completed university degree, preferably in Production Engineering or other Engineering fields.
  • Experience in offshore operations (rigid vessels, construction, and diving).
  • Background in planning and executing projects involving vessels.
  • Offshore experience will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Project (required); knowledge of Primavera P6 and Power BI is desirable.
  • Advanced English (will be tested).
