Job Purpose

Responsible for planning project, production, and product line activities within the full scope of responsibility, interacting with interface areas to ensure that the product is delivered within the defined schedule and in compliance with the company’s established cost and quality standards.

Job Description

  • Project Schedule Development and Maintenance: Create, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established deadlines.
  • Schedule Analysis: Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, identify schedule risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate potential delays.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against the baseline schedule, update schedules with actual performance data, and report schedule variances.
  • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, supply chain specialists, and other stakeholders to gather required information and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular schedule reports, including Gantt charts, resource histograms, and progress curves (S-curves), for project teams and senior management.
  • Schedule Audits: Conduct periodic schedule reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry best practices.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to project team members on Primavera P6 planning best practices and software functionalities.
  • Documentation: Maintain complete schedule documentation and records for reference and audit purposes.

Location: Pavuna- RJ

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in project scheduling using Primavera P6;
  • Intermediate to advanced English;
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with Power BI or similar tools;
  • Good understanding of project management principles and CPM scheduling.
