Job Purpose

  • Responsible for carrying out planning and control activities in projects or proposals with a small or medium degree of complexity and values involved, and/or of medium strategic importance to the company.

Job Description

  • Participate in detailed planning for the execution of EPCI Proposals and Projects;
  • Contribute to the development of schedules, deadline analysis and scenarios, interface control with involved departments, and mapping and control of Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Installation processes;
  • Develop and implement tools to monitor project progress across all phases, establishing update routines for internal and client reporting;
  • Attend internal coordination meetings to alert project management about critical points or attention areas, as well as any corrective actions to be implemented;
  • Location: Eco Sapucaí - Rio de Janeiro.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Degree in Engineering (any specialty);
  • Previous experience in Project Planning (preferably EPCI projects);
  • Knowledge of Planning and Control processes;
  • Familiarity with planning tools and processes (schedules, progress curves, WBS, document control, general control spreadsheets, reports);
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 is a plus;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Project;
  • Advanced English.
