Job Purpose

Estimates total project cost at completion for complex projects.

Develops, updates and maintains project budget and forecasting.

Leads all cost control activities within a project, ensuring operational excellence.

Provides financial analysis and reporting to support project decision-making.

Ensures compliance with company standards, HSE objectives, and quality policies.

Job Description

  • Sets up cost control procedures and project budgets.
  • Estimates total forecasts, quantities, costs, and expected outcomes.
  • Provides financial scenarios and simulations to project managers.
  • Approves commitment control and vendor/subcontractor invoices.
  • Monitors purchase orders (POs) and project-related expenditures.
  • Analyzes and manages financial instruments, including hedge operations.
  • Prepares change orders/claims and follows up.
  • Generates monthly internal Project Management Review (PMR) and external client reports.
  • Develops KPIs for project performance, especially engineering and project hours.
  • Supports risk management with quantitative analysis.
  • Develops cash flows and close-out reports to improve future project estimations.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics or Accounting
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Excel macros is desirable.
  • Fluent or advanced English proficiency.
