Job Purpose

Manage the Occupational Health area at the local and regional level, ensuring compliance with TechnipFMC’s corporate guidelines (GOPS/GL). Act as the main point of contact for all work-related medical matters, promoting suitable health conditions that enhance employee performance and reduce absenteeism.

Job Description

  • Coordinate the medical and nursing team, fostering a humanized and efficient management approach

  • Implement corporate health and wellness initiatives focused on physical and mental well-being

  • Conduct health and hygiene inspections and audits at sites, vessels, and regional medical units

  • Develop and standardize occupational health procedures aligned with global guidelines

  • Represent the company in legal matters related to occupational health

  • Participate in Health Risk Assessments (HRA) with the HSE team and define necessary medical surveillance

  • Manage health indicators, absenteeism, medical leave, causal nexus, and social security (INSS) processes

  • Administer medical resources and analyze departmental expenses

  • Provide medical care for complex cases, both in-person and online

  • Issue Work Accident Reports (CAT) and medical reports for INSS

  • Promote awareness of occupational and public health among employees

  • Collaborate with internal departments (HR, HSE, Projects, Legal) and external stakeholders (hospitals, clients, Corporate Medical Officer)

You are meant for this job if:

  • You hold a Medical degree

  • You have a postgraduate degree or medical residency in Occupational Medicine

  • You are registered with the local medical board and have a Specialist Qualification Record (RQE)

  •  Good oral and written communication skills in native language and English
