Job Purpose
Assisting the Maritime Operations Manager in defining and meeting objectives and targets for the fleet, ensuring compliance with the entire maritime regulatory process and that the fleet meets the requirements of the Safety Management System and Corporate Policy.
Job Description
Maritime Regulatory support to EPCI and LTC, clearance of vessels during import and export.
Ensure fleet requirements are reflected in the appropriate schedules and in compliance with existing Safety Management System (SMS) procedures, including tracking/filing of reports, certifications and other required documentation. Analysis and closure of non-conformities for the assigned vessel.
Ensuring that fleet audit requirements are met and ensuring that actions to close observations/non-conformities/opportunities for improvement are timely and effective for the Commanders/Superintendents of the assigned vessels.
Ensure smooth communications with all assigned vessels, including routine telephone contact.
Supporting the nautical department staff on the vessels in the fleet.
Recommend competency profile and licensing for maritime personnel to HR.
Supporting the Training, HR and Logistics Department with EPCI and LTC demands.

Complete university degree in Nautical Sciences
Specialization in Nautical Science
Experience in maritime regulations
Advanced English
